About The Role : WorkPac is thrilled to share this exciting new opportunity. We are looking for a parts interpreter for a well established global manufacturer. As a parts interpreter you will work on a Monday to Friday schedule determining customer requirements and advice on product range, price, delivery warranties and product use and care, whilst taking care of sale orders. What You Will Need : Are you our Parts Interpreter superstar? Parts Interpreter Forklifts Spare parts experience is desirable however an understanding of mechanical parts would also be sufficient to succeed. Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new skills systems Current Drivers Licence The ability to prioritize tasks and be a team player.
