About the Role: Reporting to Manager Early Childhood and Community Services, Teaching Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting teachers in our Transition Education and Work Education Courses at Victoria University. An example of duties you may perform include:Provide support in the classroom to students that have an intellectual disability or permanent cognitive impairment. (May be 1 on 1 or larger groups)Support teachers and students during off campus activities, excursions, and work placementsSupport teachers to prepare classroom environments and learning materialsThis is a Casual Position at HEP 3 Classification Level, working approximately 20 hours plus employer superannuation.
