Skills and experience Bachelor of Early Childhood Education A minimum 12 months experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a long day care setting A strong understanding of children informed by early childhood developmental knowledge. Critically reflect on your own professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues and families.
