THE OPPORTUNITY Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be pivotal in supporting a highly successful and growing icon of the Australian building & home improvement industry. Primarily a graphics-based role you will be responsible for designing graphic artwork for the national catalogue on a monthly basis and digital assets for our various social communities. You will work in an environment that supports your innovative flair and be recognised for outstanding service and strong work ethic. Highly collaborative and creative, you have a structured approach, and will be well organised with strong time management skills and a process-orientation. You will have strong conceptual skills and ability to produce consistent design across digital and print collateral. RESPONSIBILITIES Work on the monthly catalogue production and process Produce advertising collateral such as billboards, press ads, flyers, product brochures, internal documents and presentations Social media content development Develop artwork and support for the online store Contribute creatively to a strong marketing team Updating existing marketing collateral Packaging design ABOUT YOU Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent) in graphic design Finished art and print production experience Strong design portfolio that demonstrates conceptual and creative thinking translated into design solutions Experience working with templates and style guidelines Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac environment Ability to multi-task and action constructive feedback from the marketing team Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with the marketing team.
