About the role This is a newly created 12 week paid internship for someone with a passion for podcasts, storytelling and connecting with audiences. You will learn the basics of editing, production and research, have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve the ways ABC creates podcast content, and work in a supportive environment with podcast specialists. About You Do you have an ongoing passion and interest in podcasts, storytelling and communication? Do you want to work in media or creative related industry in the future? Do you have some digital skills and enthusiasm for digital and social media platforms? Then we want to hear from you. You will also have: Some or developing ability to produce podcast and audio content. Ability to work well in a team, take direction and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively An understanding and passion to source and create authentic content which represents the broad diversity of the Australian community, including stories that reflect a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds and Indigenous communities.
