This is a great opportunity for a friendly, professional and experienced Administrator to join a well known and reputable company. This is a varied and interesting role, supporting many areas of the business. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Osborne Park. Your new role would see you: Complete a range of administration duties Support Managers with various admin tasks as required Attend meetings and take minutes Prepare, organise and distribute notes and fields as required Data entry tasks as required Enter scan and save documentation into the system Assist various teams in the business as required including bookings, communicating and preparing quotes Relief reception duties and meeting and greeting visitors as required Ideally, the successful candidate will have: Previous experience in administration roles Demonstrated IT competency Accurate typing and data entry skills Qualification in administration (preferred) Construction industry experience (ideal) Organised, with excellent time management skills Professional and well presented Excellent face to face, telephone and written communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to secure a permanent role with a reputable and successful home building company.
