Lumus Imaging are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Northern Beaches Hospital team on a Full Time, Part Time or Casual basis. What your day will look like: You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide them with exceptional customer service. You will book medical exams and appointments for patients, providing further information when required. You will work across multiple sites within the area as required You will manage patient records and update relevant information as needed. You will manage Medicare billing and banking with the assistance of the team.
