The Role As our Retail Operations Manager you will oversee the retail operations of the concept store network (OO and Franchise), creating synergy between departments (VM, CX, IT, HR, Merchandising) and the field-based sales team. Close collaboration with the Sales Director is essential to integrate and support sales strategies operationally at a store level. The role also includes responsibility for the Loss Prevention, ensuring compliance with local regulations in O&O stores. Collaborate with Sales Director and other key functions to influence company strategy and business priorities for the field-based sales team Conceptualise and implement future retail activities and processes, aligning operational strategies with company sales objectives Lead and deliver global projects at retail operations and OMNI channel level. Drive and deliver the integration of the ANZ Cluster Manage Sales Operations, including setting sales targets and budgets, reviewing sales performance, and establishing streamlined payroll reporting processes Oversee Store Operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relating to security, health, and safety Manage Loss Prevention, including leading stock takes and overseeing brand protection in line with local policies Career development, coaching, and mentoring of Operations and Development Team Members Champion PANDORA values (WeDream, WeDare, WeCare, WeDeliver) You Have Resilience and determination in setting and achieving challenging objectives, going beyond standard expectations Skilled in negotiating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, team members, and external partners, achieving favourable outcomes Regularly analyses complex data and information from various sources to identify key insights and opportunities Stays informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and market trends, using this knowledge to inform strategic decisions Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders What's in it for you?
