They are currently looking for a proactive Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator to oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day functions in their office. Offering a great remuneration package for this area this role will be hard to beat The Perks Attractive salary package of up to $90k Lovely Principals who will value you and treat you well Autonomous role where you will have control and a voice Perfect for someone living to the local Upper North Shore area and wishing to work close to home Monday to Friday Manageable workload that can be done within work hours No overtime Family/life friendly- flexibility The Position Provide end to end sales support to 2 busy Sales Agents Manage Agent's diaries, emails and appointment bookings Prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts Assist with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator will have a strong background in real estate sales/marketing administration. As a professional, you will pride yourself on high-quality, efficient output and set that as the standard for others to follow.
