Description The National Sales Administration Manager is responsible for all aspects of Sales Administration and providing the company with timely and accurate reporting for both Net and Retail sales. They are responsible for reporting Store Consultant costings, in addition to controlling & reviewing the discount and rebate structure. The National Sales Administration Manager will supervise and assist the Senior Business Analyst. Specific responsibilities include: Manage all Net Invoicing, including reporting monthly comparison against current budget and previous year's figures Preparing weekly and mid-month Sales forecast estimates Prepare month-end reports for HFM database Sharing weekly sales performance with retail / sales team Weekly Department Store download/upload files into TM1 Upload of weekly and monthly Department Store Retail Sales Targets into HFM Processing monthly department store consultants' invoices into JDE (ERP) Processing monthly Visiting Beauty Consultants (VBC's) timesheets and recharging invoices to Department Stores (Myer & David Jones) Calculate consultants monthly commission payments Calculate the Monthly Counter Manager payments for processing Calculate the Monthly Above Award salary payments for processing Calculate the Quarterly Commission and Free Product payments for AU retail specialists accounts Format and test the automated upload programme the half yearly order form update Manage the entire process of Product allowance for approximately 300 staff, this includes coordinating the communication, processing, and logistics side of the process Formatting and testing the automated upload programme the half yearly order forms for distribution Manage order tracking and back-order process In collaboration with Marketing team, drive the Half Yearly price reviews / update (February & August) Produce distribution file after formatting and applying relevant discount structures for individual accounts Upload price changes to JDE Ad hoc price changes Creating internal excel file of the price changes ready for loading into JDE Managing the discount scheme in collaboration with the Wholesale team, and maintaining Discount Structures in JDE for key client accounts Update changes in JDE as required Controlling and reviewing the retail rebate structure on an ongoing basis Monthly Sales Volume Rebate claims entered to JDE and update the Rebate Claims register Ad hoc Special Sales rebate claims entered to JDE and update the Rebate Claims register Profile Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or anything equivalent. 5-7 years of minimum experience in a comparable role. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Organisation management skills. Must embrace team work and have a positive attitude. High quality verbal and written skills. Analytical and problem-solving. Process improvement is a key talent. Team management. Stakeholder management. Time management. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel). TM1. JDE knowledge.
