Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new temporary part-time opportunity close to home? If so, this role is for you About the role Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a fun and varied role that will allow learning and growth? This temporary part-time parental leave cover works in an inclusive and close knit team and would see you have a hand in all business facets, to ensure the smooth running of every day in the office. The ideal candidate will be a whiz at organization with a flair for problem solving and building relationships with stakeholders. You will be positive and flexible in your approach to work with excellent attention to detail , and be excited to come to work each day to help the success of the team. 3 days per week - can be flexible on days worked 26th of Feb to the end of Oct 2024. Pakenham location. Responsibilities and Duties: Day to day running of reception and admin functions. Provide support to staff on site, visitors, and contractors. Ensure visitors follow the correct compliance process. Coordinate travel and administrative services for the project as needed. Ensure office supplies are managed (printer cartridges, stationary, paper ect.) Work with the People team with onboarding / offboarding including ensuring equipment and desks are set up or packed up. Play a part in making the office environment fun. Support project leadership teams with minute taking. Assist with reception and kitchen duties as required. Skills and Experience: Similar experience within an administration role Construction experience is desirable but not essentially The ability to handle complex and difficult client-related issues Excellent attention to detail Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment Strong Administrative skill set Understanding of the importance of quality and efficiency Ability to multitask and prioritise while juggling a multitude of tasks Can-do attitude and a positive mindset About the company Our client is an Australian owned and operated Construction and Property Development company with a rich history and impeccable track record for quality and service.
