Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager duties will include; Providing leadership and support to our F&B team, empowering them to create exceptional experiences for our guests Developing your team and coaching them on internal procedures and service culture Liaising with all internal stakeholders to allow for the effective operation of our Restaurant & Bar Be a 'Service Spotter' ensuring the Restaurant & Bar environment is well maintained, clean and everything is ready for service Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
