We are looking for a Sales Manager for the VIC Agency team. The Sales Manager, will be responsible for representing Mamamia in market and maximising advertising revenue. Working closely with an assigned portfolio of media agencies and key clients, the focus will be on reaching and exceeding sales targets, whilst successfully identifying new business opportunities. Leveraging your networking skills, you will develop and maintain relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic and innovative integrated advertising solutions in order to maximise client campaigns and ensure long term partnerships. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Proactively drive revenue growth and ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded each month Effectively manage accounts within your portfolio while building and developing strong relationships to maximise revenue opportunities Identify and acquire new business opportunities through (emails, cold calling, networking, existing relationships) to win advertising bookings from clients Utilise relationships internally to deliver innovative advertising solutions for your clients. Effectively communicate with teams to ensure advertising solutions are on brief. Develop custom sales materials, proposals and presentations to effectively position the suite of Mamamia products in market Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery post analysis Strategically planning for long term opportunities through the development of advertising solutions Support the commercial director and wider sales team as required Now, a bit about you. Minimum 4-5 years sales experience (preferably at a digital publisher) with strong agency relationships Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed sales targets Experience identifying additional revenue streams and acquiring new business A passion for the digital media platform and the Mamamia brand Experience utilising media booking systems to build out media plans and process bookings Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail Possess the confidence to deliver high quality and engaging sales presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Agency contacts and established networks Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing deadlines and priorities Collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment Life at Mamamia.
