About the role The Course Developer (Digital Products) works within the CPA Training Alliance Team to provide high quality learning opportunities for Cerebral Palsy Alliance staff, other disability organisations and the wider community. The Course Developer reviews, updates, designs, develops and implements contemporary, engaging, best practice courses, with an emphasis on digital solutions. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Reviewing, updating and developing courses using authoring software (Articulate Storyline) and working with an external developer to complete more complex online modules. Overseeing the management and development of a learning bites library, including the production and development of in person videos. Ensuring digital learning products are quality tested and implemented through our LMS (Moodle) Reviewing learning and assessment materials and identifying opportunities to improve the quality of education products Working with guidelines to ensure courses are current and aligned to brand, internal policy and statutory requirements Collaborating and consulting with subject matter experts across the organisation to review, update and design digital learning solutions Providing resources and guidance to stakeholders, to help build their capacity to create digital assets Maintaining effective relationships with SMEs and other colleagues to ensure high quality products are delivered About you: At least two years demonstrated experience in a similar role Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult education and online learning Experience working with storyboards and developing content in Articulate Storyline 360 - intermediate level An interest in developing business systems courses, as well as working on a wide range of course topics Experience working with a Learning Management System (preferably Moodle) Video planning, production and editing skills Intermediate MS Office and SharePoint Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - to consult and collaborate Outstanding time management and organisational skills Ability to analyse problems and suggest solutions Resourceful and adaptable approach to your work Important information: At CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
