Our client is the leading supplier of LPG for residential, commercial, and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand. We currently have a customer service position Located in Newcastle; we are looking for experienced administrative personnel. Customer service role - Newcastle Kooragang Contract/Temp $34 - $35 P/H 38hrs Monday to Friday Start date: immediate start. Must provide: Medical test inclusive of a Drug and alcohol. (If successful will be conducted.) Police check required. 2 contactable work references Punctual and reliable Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience and requirements: Previous experience in office administration and have a passion for customer service. Excellent communication via email and phone. Collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently. Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365. Scheduling experience although not essential - preferable Experience in the transport industry Additional responsibilities in this role also include but not limited to: establishing accounts, processing customer enquiries, orders, payments and advising customers on usage and delivery Supporting the sales teams to ensure customer service expectations are exceeded. Responsibility for planning, scheduling, and communicating with drivers to ensure daily deliveries are being met. Completing and ensuring all driver paperwork is collected and completed daily.
