The ideal candidate will… Collaborate with other engineers to develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and React by writing clean, tested, scalable, and performant solutions Apply your strong CSS skills to create seamless and elegant UX, ensuring consistent user interface elements and responsiveness. Collaborate with your product and engineering teams in an agile environment to build quality software and problem-solve effectively. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and foster knowledge sharing among the team. Attributes: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is essential. Demonstrated expertise in React, Redux, a SQL database such as PostgreSQL Fearlessly tackling tasks on both the back-end and front-end of the application Strong CSS skills with a focus on responsiveness and mobile-first approach Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working in an iterative, agile / scrum environment with a mindset of continuous learning & improvement.
