This role does require someone from a Mobile Engineering background, with strong technical skills, and modern mobile expertise, but your day-to-day will be more strategic and high-level focused and working with the business to define the future and direction of everything mobile-related If you have worked as an iOS Developer and/or Android Developer and then moved into an iOS/Android Tech Lead, Chapter Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Mobile role - then we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Champion everything mobile-related Lead and manage mobile team members, ensuring best practices are followed Research and introduce new frameworks, tools, and technologies Executive stakeholder management Help design and implement training for team members Work with vendors and partners such as Google. Experience Required: 5-10 years with Mobile Development and Architecture (iOS & Android) A proven track record as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager Experience working with Agile teams Exceptional communication skills. Experience mentoring and training Mobile Engineers Expertise with modern mobile technologies such as Swift & SwiftUI, Kotlin & Jetpack Compose Unit & UI Testing CI/CD / DevOps Experience working on and delivering large enterprise-level applications Company / Role Benefits: Join a meaningful and green company doing good in the world Fully remote / WFH anywhere in Australia.
