Join our Campaign Management team, where you will play an important part in developing the future of critical tools in the Real Estate Industry. The team sits in our Agent Experience camp, which is where we build solutions for Domain's agent customers, and the Realhub team is responsible for the Realhub application which agents across Australia and New Zealand use to manage their entire marketing workflow. As a Senior in the team, you will have the opportunity to assist in coaching and mentoring other Engineers. You will play an instrumental part in fulfilling our FY24 strategic ambitions, contributing to the reimagining of key features and functionality in a Ruby/Typescript/React project. Who are you? The ideal candidate will… Leading, enabling and mentoring your team Writing clean, tested, scalable and performant code Problem solving Advise on architectural decisions and enabling your team to implement experience Coaching and mentoring your team members, enabling them to develop their technical and soft skills Working with Software Engineers, Product Designers, Product Managers and other key people within the Domain Group Identifying talent, collaborating with employee experience and recruitment to onboard new engineers and build highly productive teams Escalating technical problems when needed Work with your extended Tech Leadership Team on best practice and ensuring all squads are aligned Coming up with new ideas and paving the way for other Engineers, Product people and Leaders at Domain Attributes Passion for technology and ideally technical leadership In-depth technical background building consumer facing software applications Adept skills Ruby on Rails (must have) JavaScript/TypeScript and React skills preferable Experience with distributed applications in the cloud DevOps minded - build, deploy, and run with all the bits in between AWS, CI/CD, Integration Patterns, Serverless is a plus Experience with automated testing Familiarity with Agile Scrum environments Why join us?
