The role will report to the Senior Manager of Infrastructure & Cloud Management which sits within our IT Operations & Services department and will be responsible for ensuring that the performance obligations of Casinos systems and infrastructure are met. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimising TSEG network infrastructure and communications links. Key Responsibilities: Generating and compiling reports based on their findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems availability and performance issues. Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help Technical Analysts identify, communicate and resolve systems malfunctions and also make appropriate recommendations in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems and infrastructure investments. Manage and administrate all operating systems and their corresponding or associated software. Support Development staff, Technical and Operations Analysts, and end users to define systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. Deploy and maintain firewalls, cryptography systems, and all host security activities. Implement disaster recovery plan for operating systems, databases, networks, servers, and software applications. To be successful in this role you will need: Minimum 5-year exposure to Cisco and Aruba Network solutions (essential). Minimum 2-year exposure to Network load balancing technologies (essential). Minimum 3-year exposure to Network Security services (essential). Minimum 2-year exposure to Network based cloud solutions (essential). Strong technical knowledge of network, PC and platform operating systems and associated hardware infrastructure within an Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba, Citrix, Microsoft Windows and/or UNIX operations environment. You have held a senior position, you are adept at guiding technical strategies and actively participating in the planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of IT solutions.
