Join SA's leading Travel Provider Permanent Full-Time position managing our Travel Contact Centre Famil travel opportunities- see the world Your new opportunity Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be accountable for providing direction and motivation to your team members, assisting with staff development through on the job coaching and performance improvement plans. You will also manage your own portfolio of new and existing clients, leading by example by providing outstanding service backed with strong product knowledge together with: Direct, motivate and monitor team members, providing feedback and coaching when required Ensure that team members consistently achieve allocated sales targets and minimum benchmarks Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs Achieve and exceed your own set sales targets Oversee booking management Plus much more, found in the position description here About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
