You will also manage your own portfolio of new and existing clients, leading by example by providing outstanding service backed with strong product knowledge together with: Direct, motivate and monitor team members, providing feedback and coaching when required Ensure that team members consistently achieve allocated sales targets and minimum benchmarks Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs Achieve and exceed your own set sales targets Oversee booking management Plus much more, found in the position description here About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
