Position Summary This is an exciting, newly created position for a senior sales manager to lead the South APAC region (India, ASEAN and Pacific markets) for the business line 'Digital Wealth Solutions'. The role will be responsible for managing a team of sales specialists in order to achieve and beat the regional sales target. The business line addresses the needs of wealth professionals especially across the financial sector, but also expands to other sectors (FinTech, consultancies, etc.). The product suite includes general financial data (e.g. Fundamentals, pricing, etc), AI solutions, ESG, equity analytics and a wide range of customized APIs. The major focus of this role is proactively winning new revenue - to both existing and new client accounts. The candidate is expected to be hands-on - personally getting involved in deals, meeting clients, network across the region and actively participate in marketing events. The individual will be additionally responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the business - creating and executing sales strategies, providing forecasts and business updates to internal stakeholders, as well as collaborating with other client facing, product and marketing leaders. Role Responsibilities Achieve and beat the sales target for the given business line in South APAC. Manage the sales team across the region, including hiring, onboarding, training, and sales operations. Create, communicate, and execute sales strategies. Collaborate with other sales, account management and product leaders. Actively contribute to client engagements and help open and close deals. Be the SME on the business - both the products and the addressable market. Desired skills and experience 3-5 years leading a sales team in a SaaS business addressing the financial sector. 10 years' experience in a client facing role, with direct sales experience a strong plus. Deep Knowledge of SaaS solutions for front office professionals Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating with various business functions to 'own' the growth of a business. Experience within or selling to the Wealth sector highly desirable. Client facing experience in the Indian, ASEAN and Pacific markets a plus.
