Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support in implementing best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless and efficient software development lifecycle. Develop and execute a DevOps strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Drive the implementation of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline development and deployment processes. Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met across all infrastructure components. Identify areas for improvement in the software development and release processes and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. To be successful in this role you will possess: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive proven experience as a DevOps Engineer mainly AWS. Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and operations. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
