We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members Your new role: The role of Operations Engineer - AI will play a crucial role in supporting communities of practice, enhancing AI understanding across the fund, and partnering with different domains to maximize the value derived from AI technologies. This role is integral to the AI team, working closely with Data Engineering and Data Services to ensure seamless AI integration. Key duties include but are not limited to: Conduct technical testing for AI technology during system integration. Provide support for business testing of AI applications and models. Monitor various AI technologies, including but not limited to Large Language Models (LLMs), GPTs, and OpenAI services. Identify and respond to technical issues, ensuring optimal performance. Support incident management processes working hand in hand with the Service Management team. Facilitate swift problem resolution in line with established procedures. Participate in Post Implementation Reviews (PIR), root cause analysis. Develop reporting to identify trends, themes, insights, preventative measures etc. Ensure all incidents/problems are actioned in a timely manner and within SLAs. Oversee and manage AI data sets. Ensure AI models are current and reflect the company's internal data requirements. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related field. Experience in technical testing and monitoring of AI technologies. ITIL certified. Familiarity with ServiceNow. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in incident management and IT service management frameworks. Knowledge of AI models, particularly LLMs, GPTs, and OpenAI services. Proficiency in data management and analysis. Familiarity with AI technology integration and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in an AI-focused technical support role.
