Purpose of Role The Senior Data Engineer has the accountability for integration of selected data in to Healius data platform, Create ETL and mange ETL pipelines, ensure security and availability of data. The Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain technical artifacts along with fulfilling any data lineage and cataloguing and security requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement new meta data-based ELT using Azure Data factory Follow/enhance existing meta data-based ELT framework to ingest data into Snowflake Build and manage DevOps pipelines Establish GIT integration. Create, publish, maintain, and enhance data views on Snowflake for analytics consumers Maintain and monitor the ELT pipeline. Enhance data pipeline and continuously improve performance while managing cost. Build API based data integration between various applications. Building ML pipelines and implement trained models. Skills and Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in building/enhancing data warehouse. Experience with Snowflake essential. Experience implementing data pipelines using Azure data factory. Solid understanding of dimensional modelling. Experience building DevOps pipeline (ELT). Experience using Terraforms is desirable. Good experience building modern data warehouse. Good experience using Azure Data Lake. Experience building near real time batch and data pipelines. Strong SQL query skills Microsoft Purview and Profisee experience is desirable.
