About the role This newly created role in the Screen Content team will provide high level executive support to the Head Arts, Music and Events, as well as working with the Production Executive to coordinate business processes to support commissioning and production. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to our live events coverage (including New Years Eve, Mardi Gras and ANZAC Day events) as well as iconic programs such as rage, Take 5 with Zan Rowe and brand new prime time Arts and Music content. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating the daily activities of the Head, including diary coordination, management of correspondence, organising meetings, stakeholder management and booking travel. Preparing reports, presentations and coordinating show reels. Coordinating and collating information and documents required to commission content. Payment of invoices, monthly forecasting and coordinating purchasing for the team About You We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and organised administrator with a positive attitude who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll bring experience as an Assistant supporting a senior executive in a complex organisation, and will also have: experience developing and maintaining proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; a high level of initiative and judgment, and ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential material; proven analytical skills and excellent attention to detail; a working knowledge of screen production techniques, processes and resources; and experience preparing presentation decks.
