Volunteer Tasks We currently require Administrative support within the Community Inclusion Northwest team, with the following tasks to support the upcoming Audit: Assistance with Client Support Documentation: Follow up on client support documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for audits. Document Management: Assist in uploading and organizing documentation on SharePoint/CMS platform. Ensure proper version control and document security. Compliance and Audit Tracker Updates: Maintain and update compliance and audit trackers with accurate and current information. Work closely with the team/ stakeholders to track progress and deadlines. To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of compliance and audit processes (training will be provided). Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with SharePoint or CMS is a plus.
