AS A NOVATED ORDERS SUPPORT OFFICER YOU WILL… Perform key sales support activities enabling the existing novated leasing order pipeline to be managed efficiently and revenue maintained in pre-existing pipeline. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure that all customers in existing order pipeline are contacted prior to the delivery of their vehicle and updated package summaries based off present day costings. This role is a pathway into a Novated Leasing Sales Consultant role, getting attuned to quoting and discussing novated lease quotes with our customers YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE… Contacting customers who have new vehicle orders in pipeline prior to the delivery of the vehicle and providing updated package summary quotes based off present day costs Managing customer queries and objections that arise from updated package summary quotes provided Liaising with the Novated Acquisitions team to provide updates and advice on when final documentation can be issued Create credit applications, quotes and perform any required file checks Perform other administrative activities supporting the overall team efficiency and its ability to achieve targets A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Great attitude Willingness to learn WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging while also offering work-life balance and career development.
