Reporting directly to the Manager of Vehicle Sales, you will take charge of guiding and inspiring a team of 15 Inside Sales Consultants. Along with the day-to-day management of the team, you will: Guide, motivate and support a diverse sales team to achieve success. Play a key role in developing sales strategy and growth targets, contributing to the success of the team. Champion customer excellence and engagement to ensure satisfaction levels reach new heights. Cultivate the capabilities of your team and contribute to the establishment of effective sales frameworks. Ensure inclusivity by recruiting and inducting operations team members from diverse backgrounds. Foster client retention by consistently achieving high Customer Satisfaction scores. Evaluate team performance and proactively drive improvements. Who are we looking for? Proven experience in successfully managing a team of sales consultants. Background in sales Call Centers, Financial Services, Vehicle Leasing, Dealerships, or the automotive industry is a strong plus. Exceptional people management skills with the capability to mentor and support team members. Strong communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with various stakeholders.
