Eden Ritchie is seeking a Data Entry Administrative Officer to transition Data from one Aircraft Maintenance system to a new system and will be working with warehouse staff to input and transpose information related to aircraft maintenance. Initial 8 week contract Brisbane Airport location As the Data Entry Administrative Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Provide accurate, timely and quality administrative support service operations within a operational aviation environment. Previous exposure to database systems and data entry with a focus on accurate transfer of information from existing records system to new database system. Support data entry objectives and highlight any issues which may delay the completion of tasks and meeting business objectives and goals. Ability to work independently or as a team to achieve results. Maintain positive and effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Role will require investigating component part numbers and locations with a minimum level of fitness exposure to warehouse operations. Role Requirements - Mandatory Exposure to Database Systems and MS Office Products Qualification Warehousing Experience in Cataloguing and Receipt Acceptance The successful candidate would have previous exposure to ICT system and MS office suite of tools and be competent in performing data entry at a competent level and must have an aptitude for Data Entry work with a high degree of accuracy as the information links to other systems. The candidate will be working with a small team and will be sitting but will also investigate material locations within a Warehouse, investigate serial numbers on tools and updating records in the system, must have the ability to be flexible in work locations while maintaining an awareness of the operational environment where aircraft operations are being performed each day. The candidate will be supported to achieve the expected outcomes of the short project, an interest in aviation and willingness to learn new skills and systems will be well regarded.
