When the door opens, you’ll smell the Yappara home cooked meals while greeting your little ones. You’ll then work with your close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit. You’ll be great in this role if you… Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care Have good communication skills (written & verbal) (Unqualified Educator applications) Are able to commit to a traineeship/study in Children’s Services within 3 months of employment commencement (Assistant Educator applications) Hold a Certificate III in Children’s Servies (or equivalent) (Qualified Educator applications) Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent Are able to obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent Are able to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card How to apply: Click on the “Apply” button below to submit your application.
