An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the General Services team on a permanent full time basis.  The Administration Officer is responsible to the Manager, General Services for administrative and general support to assist the senior staff in General Services to achieve the units objectives. You will provide effective and efficient personal administration support including diary and communication management, reception service. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.   Selection Criteria to be Addressed : Relevant tertiary qualifications in Office Administration/Secretarial or previous experience in a similar position with direct customer service contact.
