The main duties of this role include: Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the neighbourhood attractions and amenities To be considered for this role, you will need: Experience in the same or a similar role within the Hotel Industry A passion to deliver great customer service Excellent personal presentation and conduct Superior communication skills Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience Experience working with PMS, Opera or Fidelio (preferred) Availability days, nights and weekends (flexible rosters) Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain) Shift Times: 7am - 3pm 3pm - 11pm Don't think twice - hit that apply button For more information visit http://www.novotelwesthq.com.au/
