The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced full time Pre-Contracts Administrator to join our work winning team based in the Queensland (QLD) and Papua New Guinea Business (PNG) Business Unit located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Submissions Manager QLD&PNG, this role will be responsible for coordinating the submission process for large civil construction opportunities, bidding some of Queensland and PNG's most exciting and high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with bid teams to prepare responses to expression of interests and requests for tender documents. Interpreting client documentation and preparing a submission program and templates to ensure all requirements are met. Working across stakeholders to coordinate completion of proposal elements. Collaborating with technical and writing teams to manage content delivery under strict timeframes. Formatting documents and overseeing development of graphic design elements. Coordinating delivery and production of the final submission to the highest of quality standards. Key Requirements: Recognised degree in Business, Journalism, Communications or other relevant tertiary qualification. Previous experience working on major projects in a work-winning environment. Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, adapt to changing deadlines quickly and prioritise workload. Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks. Proficient across MS office mainly word, excel and powerpoint. Strong attention to detail throughout document preparation. Ability to manage artwork and production of corporate documentation. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
