Ensure Head Contract/AFL obligations and entitlements are fully satisfied. In this role, you will be focusing on the following areas: Tendering Subcontract Management Financial Management Reporting Head Contract Management Some of your responsibilities will include: Manage and lead the subcontractor tender process. Manage and lead all financial and contractual aspects associated with the subcontract. Overall management and responsibility for the project cost report - ensure project parameters for costs are meet or exceeded. Preparation of all financial aspects of the monthly traffic light. Establish and maintain Head Contract/AFL risk management controls and procedures. Developing key stakeholder relationships with MDEV/external client. The Project LIV Anura includes plans to deliver 396 high quality rental apartments including approximately 99 Affordable Housing units as part of the QLD BTR Pilot Project. The project value is $270m. Your point of difference To be successful you will have 5 years of experience in the industry and as a contract or senior contract administrator, preferably with residential project experience. Along with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field of study. A solid understanding of the risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements and requirements, as well as a strong understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts and subcontracts. Finally, you will have strong communication and attention to detail skills, be passionate about delivering customer focus quality and leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate.
