We are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to contribute and assist with the day-to-day administration of contracts. About the Role: As our Contract Administrator, your primary role will be to support our Project Manager(s) and operational teams. You'll be integral in the development of pre-contracts deliverables and the execution of projects as well as assisting the Estimating Department as required with tender submissions. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be key to your success in this role. Based out of our office in Wangara or Subiaco however, projects can be located throughout Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: Complete and follow up on contract agreements. Understand and support compliance with all SRG Commercial guidance documents, systems and process. Facilitate contract execution and coordinate with our commercial team for project securities. Assist in the setup of project controls, including cost tracking and progress reports. Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. Prepare and submit progress claims, variation notifications, and contractual notifications and responses. Understand and support compliance with all SRG Commercial guidance documents, systems and process. Assist Estimating Manager with Tendering duties such as preliminary contract reviews, subcontractor engagement, Quantity Take-offs, etc. Assist the Divisional Manager with monthly project forecasts. Prepare monthly invoicing reports. And much more. The successful applicant will ideally have: Degree in Construction or Contracts Management (preferred). Previous experience in a similar role. Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and software like P6/CCS Candy/Expert estimation (preferred). Excellent communication and organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients. High attention to detail and data processing accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize a diverse range of tasks. Flexible approach to work. Commitment to a high-performance culture.
