Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Manage and maintain day-to-day Salesforce Org operations, configuration and automation Manage security structures, system architecture changes and complex projects Analyse complex Salesforce project requirements, providing solutions and recommendations Develop and execute technical testing and validation Perform data cleansing and mass updates for users Provide regular report on roadmap, bugs, and BAU progress for senior management Collaborate with analysts to resolve application performance issues, ensuring system efficiency and reliability Desired Skills and Experience What makes you stand out We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their proficient Salesforce development administration and management experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Preferred Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and security best practices Experience in debugging or troubleshooting complex problems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
