The role: oOh Media leads the Australian market in enabling brands to reach the illusive professional audience at scale. The strength of oOh Media’s long-standing partnership with Qantas in Airport environments puts oOh in a leading position to capitalise on growth in the Enterprise sector, delivering exclusive reach to premium customers in high dwell airport environments including The Chairman’s Lounge, the most premium environment in Australia. This offering, coupled with reach in over 650 Office Towers in all major Australian CBDs, is a compelling Enterprise proposition in the Australian market. Joining as a Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring, motivating and managing a team of high-performing Business Managers to achieve exceptional results across this network. You’ll take over a team working with our Tier 1 Agencies across NSW who are selling the breadth of the oOh Enterprise and University offering and will be expected to: Build close business and advisor relationships with key advertising agency decision makers, delivering a consistent high market presence Take business strategy and turn it into meaningful goals for territory, leading Business Managers to execute all oOh GTM activity to high standard Responsible for leading quarterly account planning, forecasting and execution process with the team Leadership of a team of Business Managers, including reviewing pipelines and activity levels weekly, providing strategic guidance to address gaps and challenges to drive strong revenue performance on and taking an active role in prospecting, preparing, pitching, and participating in business opportunities Support in-market activity of Business Managers, providing regular coaching and feedback to improve performance and in market impact Lead the monthly development and bi-annual Impact and Growth processes for Business Managers and Campaign Executives with a focus on fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and belonging in group Identify training needs of team and work with Group Business Director and Network, Product and Training & Development leads in fulfilling training needs to ensure needs are met. Reporting weekly on intel, losses, trends, and challenges to help inform business strategy Responsible for running all day-to-day revenue accountability and reporting for dedicated territory Recruit, train, coach and motivate Business Managers and Campaign Executives You’ll be based in our brand new North Sydney offices (including 5 star end-of-trip facilities, all across the road from the North Sydney train station). The Experience: Ideally you’ll have 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, prior media experience and be well connected in the industry You will also: Demonstrated success in a previous sales management role within another prominent media company OOH experience is high regarded but not essential Solid relationships across all levels within Sydney media agencies Experienced people leader who understands how to get the best out of your team Experience in selling multiple products and dealing with different challenges at the same time Ability to work across the organisation at any level Performance driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment A willingness to get involved and do what it takes for the team oOh Benefits: You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
