Under the guidance of the Dean of the Graduate Research School, the Executive & Administrative Assistant delivers an array of administrative, executive, and project support services to the Dean and the broader team. This includes tasks such as managing communications, triaging inquiries, coordinating calendars and travel arrangements, , providing basic financial support, handling stakeholder relations, and assisting with event management. In this role, you'll collaborate with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to fostering your growth and advancement. Success in this position hinges on adept stakeholder management skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
