To be successful you will need:- Professional Background: 5 years commercial IT experience across Infrastructure, Network and Security in a Systems Engineer and/or similar role. 2 years of experience in a similar role within a traditional Managed Services Provider. Technology Expertise:- Strong understanding of current key business technologies and concepts. Demonstrated expertise in: Implementation, troubleshooting and support of migrations. Windows support and troubleshooting (Windows 7-11). Cloud experience (Azure) Networking fundamentals knowledge, with preference for CCNA, MCSE or equivalent. Practical experience in implementing, managing and maintaining: Windows Server (2008 to 2022). MS Teams, Sharepoint, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL.
