The opportunity: Here are EBOS Group we have a NEW and exciting opportunity for a People and Culture (P&C) Administrator with a passion for Human Resources (HR) and an interest in Learning and Development to join our highly engaged and supportive HR team. In this role you will be responsible for administrative activities associated with organising and delivering training and development for Animal Care and EBOS as well as our annual employee programs and events. You will also be required to prepare employment contracts and letters. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career and learn from some very experienced HR leaders. You will also work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and gain lots of exposure across the business. An ability to work autonomously and demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills will be critical to your success. What will you do: Administration for training programs, records, service contracts, training materials, participant diary management, room bookings, catering, travel; Coordinate the deliver virtual Induction program; Develop and distribute surveys, obtain feedback on programs, providers and facilitators; Provide regular participation reporting; Coordinate/communicate with training providers; Draft employee communications; Budget/invoice administration; Prepare employee contracts and letters; Provide administrative support to EBOS people programs including Reward and Recognition Programs, Service Awards, Employee Engagement Survey, WHS and Learning programs; Provide limited administration support to the People Team. What we are looking for: Qualifications in Human Resource Management as well as experience working in an administration role; Experience in presenting/delivering virtually would be an advantage; Prior experience with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; Excel and Microsoft Forms would be an advantage; Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
