About the role This is a unique opportunity to join our high performing Centralised Energy Services (CES) group as a Solution Sales Manager in the NSW area. The CES group is an innovative and fast-growing business unit of Origin Retail responsible for the delivery of hot water, embedded electricity, and other utility-based solutions into high-density residential and commercial buildings. This is your opportunity to leverage off Origin’s established business reputation and lead the continued growth in QLD, alongside a close-knit and collaborative team. Responsibilities: Identifying new opportunities in high-density residential building markets through development of relationships with developers, builders and other industry participants Prospect for and secure clients, quoting, leveraging existing relationships to maximise scope of sales. Ensure and nurture the ongoing management of relationships with customers, clients, channel agents and suppliers throughout the project and sales life cycle Develop the technical design in conjunction with Origin suppliers and prepare commercial proposals for each project. Complete project financial analysis and compile sales contracts while obtaining the relevant delegate approval. Skills & experience You’ll need to be driven, energetic and entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to be self-motivated and build successful relationships. Your tenacity, resilience and persistence will be evident in both your work ethic and sales approach. Previous experience in the following areas would be advantageous.
