Learn more at www.cargill.com Job Purpose and Impact The Sustainability Program Administrator will provide assistance for formal sustainability program activities or related compliance issues for a country, region or business. In this role, you with assist with the administration of sustainability programs, databases, prepare documents for customers, monitor and report on performance and compliance or provide training to farmers in order to implement a sustainability program. Key Accountabilities - Prepare data input into enterprise resource planning systems and be accountable for outbound allocations of sustainability data to a variety of stakeholders within the rules of the systems identified. - Assist in developing methods to evaluate the progress of sustainability initiatives, emission reductions documentation, greenhouse gas emissions inventory data updates and program implementation. - Prepare documents based on the customer and end market destination and verify supplier documents received against contract requirements to identify discrepancies and request completion of the data. - Coordinate engagement and communication within the team. - Coordinate trainings and provide support to customers or suppliers in their area of expertise. - Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications & Experience - High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent - Minimum of four years of related work experience - Provide support in implementing a sustainability program or initiative. - Experience preparing reports or evaluating a sustainability program. - Customer service skills - ideally contact with agricultural/rural communities in Australia - Understanding of basic agricultural production principles - ideally broadacre cropping - Computer literacy & numeracy skills - Handle data, information, and contacts in enterprise resource management and customer relationship management systems as the program specialist.
