This highly respected senior team are ready to take on their next Sales Guru to promote and sell their aluminium windows and doors.The position includes:-Taking a key role in execution of our sales and marketing strategies by engaging with customers in the forefront/ identify and explore new opportunities.Promoting and facilitating the sales of product range of windows & doorsParticipate in shaping the residential & commercial aluminium windows & door system product offeringCreating and maintaining sales leadsMaintaining the existing business and creating new businessEngaging in sales and promotions of company’s products and services by all means including organizing visits, follow-up phone calls, correspondence emails etc.Collection of customer feedback and market intelligence to improve products & service and revise and business strategiesRecord keeping and maintaining up to date information and salesTravelling to other states from time to timeThe right candidate will:-Have a strong technical and practical background in aluminium, preferably in windows and doorsBe a strong communicator and relationship builderHave the ability to converse with with small fabricators to corporate executives with confidenceBe a goal oriented person and be able to work independantly to achieve those goalsValue working with a team striving to achieve a common goalHave a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role or aluminium extrustion or windows project deliveryWhat's in it for you?You will have the ability to grow and progress your careerYou will enjoy being part of a positive and inclusive cultureBe paid a rare 17.5% leave loading on top of your annual leave paymentJoin a company where employees are valued and have stayed long termBe paid a competitve salary & commissionWorking hours are from 8am to 4pm, only industry experienced candidates in Australia need to apply
