Your new role We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference-for our customers, for each other, and for CSC. As the Records Administrator you will manage and maintain CSC's records that are held in both digital and physical formats. Collaboration and communication is key in this position, as you will use this skill to manage relationships from our external partners and internal clients, who rely on accurate and timely mail services. You must be professional and customer focused, and willing to contribute to a positive team culture. In this role, you will also undertake auditing and investigation into digital and hard copy records. This includes: Locating misplaced records Correcting titles or workflow errors Investigating and resolving missing information from records Allocating unidentified correspondence to correct containers Moving, reclassifying or creating records and containers Please note: we are open to candidates outside of Canberra. Desired Skills and Experience What you need to excel Several years' experience working in a similar role, desired Administration skills in data entry, record keeping and word processing Knowledge and understanding of TRIM (CM9), desired Salesforce experience, highly regarded Excellent written and verbal communication skills Shown experience in dealing with external and internal stakeholders Self-motivated attitude with a focus on high-quality work delivered in a timely fashion Be an enthusiastic and approachable person, who is able to work well in a team environment and autonomously What you'll get in return We're committed to ensuring that everyone is able to truly thrive at CSC.
