About the Team Uber Advertising's vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Uber Advertising's platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users. About the Role At Uber, we have set up a new Uber Advertising division to spearhead the growth of its advertising business. By building a dedicated advertising organization and a suite of advertising products, Uber Advertising will enable merchants and brands to reach and convert its highly engaged user base across its Mobility and Delivery platforms in 32 markets. This team's core responsibility is to reduce the friction in the sales process to enable sellers to sell more. As the Ad Sales Performance Lead, you will oversee SIP performance tracking and enforcement to ensure Uber Advertising campaigns are delivering and Sales Reps are compensated based on their sales. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining attainment dashboards and seller leaderboards. Ensuring compliance with SFDC tracking is key to enabling accurate tracking and reporting of sales. You will report to Global Head of Ad Sales Operations . Your impact in role: Partner with country leads to address sales blockers and identify revenue risks and opportunities Ensure KPIs are met, and recommendations are made to enhance performance as needed. Create foundational processes and best practices within the ad sales space by working with various ad tech platforms Build and deliver sales rep pipeline reporting, tracking to target and key recommendations for attaining target The experience you'll bring: Pipeline Reporting and Forecasting: Your keen analytical skills will be applied to creating insightful reports that not only highlight current pipeline status but also forecast future trends. Tracking Sales Metrics: Your attention to detail ensures sales metric's are monitored and analysed, providing the foundation for strategic decision-making. Onboarding Clients: Your hands-on experience in client onboarding showcases your ability to seamlessly integrate new clients into our ecosystem, fostering long-term relationships.
