The position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Mackay, QLD. Relocation will be considered for the right applicant. Daily duties will include however are not limited to; Be the primary point of contact for all correspondence between the client and NEPEAN Conveyors Developing thorough Scopes of Work with the client and provide pricing and sketches from 3D concept models. Working with the Estimators to ensure sufficient engineering hours are allowed for in our quotes. Maintain and update the engineering planning sheet. Monitor and control the schedule, budget, and quality of each assigned work/drawing package. Prepare parts lists and recommended spares registers Source and file certification documentation PDF and combine drawings and up date the drawing registers Source, combine and file QA documentation from the engineering and workshop departments Prepare training documents with help from the engineering team, workshop, client and suppliers Future opportunities within the group may also present for the right candidate The Right Person To be successful within this role, you must have Extensive background in bulk material handling and/or underground coal mining experience - essential Mechanical Engineering qualifications Proficient in Microsoft office suite AutoCAD Inventor - essential Strong communication skills both written and verbal Organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Exceptional customer service skill Rights to work in Australia The Luxuries NEPEAN offer: Project-based learning from mentors with 20 years of underground coal conveyor experience.
