About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients and their families you will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all You will be liaising with Medical, Nursing and Allied Health staff with regard to the daily administration of the ward and Emergency Department Will be required to work in all areas of the hospital including the Emergency Department In addition, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls and performing effective admission and discharge processes to ensure appropriate bed management. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. About You The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: Prior experience in a similar role within a hospital setting will be highly regarded and experience using EDIS and Meditech is highly advantageous Experience in Healthcare / Medical Admin Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes and prioritise workload Strong keyboard and computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite of products Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay's core values.
