Currently in a growth phase, they have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager with a strong business acumen and genuine care and compassion for animals and people. More about the role: Lead and motivate a national team of customer service representatives. Report to executive management and be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the customer service and administration business activities. Monitor analytics and report these trends to the executive management team, whilst providing innovative solutions and fresh ideas to challenges. Liaise with Vets and Families. Coordinate monthly and quarterly team events and activities. General administration. Their ideal candidate: Exceptional customer service and people skills. Will have a demonstrated track record leading a successful team (recruiting/training & mentoring/motivating a team) – preferably remotely. Strong business acumen combined with a passion for animals and people. Have a desire to develop into a Senior Management role. Able to work autonomously as this is a fully remote position. Animal health and wellbeing experience is not essential, full training will be provided. Strong MS Office skills. Sydney based. Citizen or PR status.
