About the role: In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business requirements, CTO guidelines, and undergo thorough risk oversight. As a crucial member of the program delivery team, you will play a central role in establishing a unified collections platform, replacing multiple systems across the business. Reporting to the Program Director, your contributions will be essential in achieving key deliverables and shaping the future of the collections program. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with extensive expertise in Power Curve Collections PCC 2.4 solutions design, development, and application, with a preference for hardship collections experience. The ideal candidate will possess: Proven hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions using Power Curve Collections PCC 2.4. Application of Power Curve Collections solutions in large, multinational organisations, utilising Jira and Confluence. Proven ability to establish positive working relationships at the project level across diverse stakeholder levels. In-depth expertise in Power Curve Collections platform development, encompassing API integration, PCC Connectivity, Views, Listeners, IDE, BPS, and Webservices. Knowledgeable in collections solutions trends and technology. Hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions on multiple platforms. Exposure to various development methodologies, with a preference for Agile. Proficient in both packaged and custom-built software.
