The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a background in regulatory & financial reporting for Super Funds, extensive team leadership and experience in process improvement. A strong understanding of APRA regulations for Superannuation is crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the leadership of the Fund Accounting team ensuring all reporting and audit deadlines are met, and providing general technical advice on day-to-day reporting. Oversee the delivery of fund accounting requirements including the production of financial statements, distribution calculations, unit pricing, regulatory reporting etc. Identify and improve internal processes Manage client relationships ensuring that deliverable's are met delivering high quality service Lead and manage staff within the Fund Accounting function Other ad-hoc leadership responsibilities across the business Key Requirements: CA/CPA qualified or equivalent required Extensive Fund Accounting experience, particularly within Superannuation 10 years experience managing teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
